Funding

The development and implementation of Smokefree Class Competition was supported by the European Commission for 11 years.

In 2009, the Smokefree Class Competition Network (SFC-N) was funded by an operating grant of the European Union in the framework of the Health Programme. The Institute of Therapy and Health Research (IFT-Nord, Kiel Germany) was charged to maintain the collaboration of the Smokefree Class Competition Network and extend it to new partners.
